What do you like most?
They have a support team based locally in the Philippines so there's no language barrier. They can also be contacted through call, text and email. Their system is user-friendly and self-explanatory. This is highly advisable especially to small hotels.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The system is best for small hotels but for bigger hotels who are willing to pay millions for a complicated service, then this is not for them. It would be good to add more features to make it more competitive to more well known brands..
