What do you like most?
Easy to work with once you understand how the software works. The staff at the help desk have been amazing helping me through tough issues that arose while using the program. They are always friendly and waste no time to help.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Layout of the invoices to suit the Motels needs I would like a different layout of the Housekeeping options. I only had telephone training as far as the bookings etc is concerned. I don’t use half of the system as I’ve not been trained on it, There is a few areas I’d like to personalize for our motels benefit.
