What do you like most?
This product is easy to learn and use. There is a vast improvement in communication between our departments. The use of assigning tasks to entire departments sets this software apart from others in the industry.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Incorporating it with franchise specific standards would be a plus. Customization would make it better. Definitely could use better searching and reporting.
