What do you like most?
The best customer service in the industry prompt and attentive. I love the upgrade promotions package for extensions a fantastic selling tool indeed Newbook has helped us improve online sales working in with Newbook payments has been a smooth integration and the staff love the usability setting and changing rates has been super easy as well. It has also allowed us to bring the business into Dynamic rates as well since our switch less than twelve months ago.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A few tweeks to the upgrade promotions providing more flexibility for some of its functions in how you define who gets the promotion and when is a big one for me. This would make it far more useable as well. A great start with the marketing aspect for the program but would be great to see that all rehashed as well to give us a few more options. Most of all an full integration with the likes of Experience OZ allowing a seemless and live ticketing system driving more bookings and increasing revenue decreasing the load on the office staff.
