What do you like most?
I like the fact that my Front Desk Guest Service Agents are able to interact with the guests immediately when they make their reservations and have their needs met. My Guest Services Agents also like the fact that the guests can speak with them before and during their stay so that they are able to request things that they need and hear about things that we may or may not have available on property. I find this to be one of the really popular hotel guest apps for those who are looking to enhance the guest experience. It's also great for guest engagement with the staff.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I wish I could integrate the platform with our Property Management System because I feel like that would make the experience easier for my staff. If it was a simultaneous experience than it would be more in sync for them to meet the guest needs. I also think that there should be more than can be developed with the social media aspect side of things. I would like to integrate more of our social media into the Runtriz program as well.
