What do you like most?
We have found that guests who download the app onto their mobile device are more self-sufficient, and don't need to contact us to ask the frequently asked questions that tourists normally do. The app fits perfectly into our budget, and assists with a contactless guest experience. The app replaces the information booklet we used to have in each room, so it is more up-to-date, and more environmentally friendly. It is incredible that guests are still able to still view the information we place in the app when they are on a plane, or travelling without mobile reception. Having the developer in Australia and timezone has been tremendous... the communication was easy and any questions we have had in the implementation phase were answered quickly, as well as suggestions for improvements were taken on board. Our business is running more efficiently with over half as many questions from guests, and an increase of guests not needing staff advice for arrival/check-in/check-out.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing comes to mind - we got what we asked for, and the app has exceeded our expectations on all fronts.
