What do you like most?
Profitroom is a great and user-friendly platform which integrates seamlessly with our systems. It has grown our revenue by providing flexibility and a variety of payment options to our Guests. It sends automated emails and reminders, which maximizes our conversion of quotations into confirmed bookings. Their Support team are professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The per person arrangement set up, should be based on Maximim persons in room listed under advanced based on age and should not have to be set up again under arrangements. This seems like double work and becomes confusing.
