What do you like most?
The ease of managing different OTAs makes it a lot easier to change prices and conditions, just like with all other Channel Managers
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Account management team / customer loyalty. Just inform me 2 weeks before the end of the year that the price will go up 42% and if you do not agree with that, saying that I should have canceled 3 months before the end of the year is really not possible!!! Very customer unfriendly and legally not tenable.
