What do you like most?
DerbySoft as a product is streamlinging all Metasearch activities and offerin a great overview through a dashboard and their optimization is outperforming previous solutions by far. The tool is intuitive and easy to use and training is included. As a hotel chain with nearly 300 hotels DerbySoft is a big help!However the best feature is hands down the service team! This is a company that one can call truly call a partner both when it comes to every recommendation given from the team as well as the ambition and drive with which optimization and insights are actioned.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I've been working with DerbySoft for three years and I've still not found an aspect that needs improvement, neither in product nor service team. It's quite remarkable. The service team _never_ has a "can't be done" attitude and always goes the extra mile to meet our demands. The product is constantly developed and gives us a client the chance to leave a lot of input regarding what should be prioritized.
