What do you like most?
Janice White and her team have been very amazingly patient. Implementing our Intelity apps during a pandemic with reduced resources on our end has been challenging to say the least. Whenever we had to time to work on issues, the team was always there and ready for us.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- GEMS is being updated now and we have seen the new features. - We're anxious to see if fully released, as we are new to this platform. - Being able to train our team on the new version would be great most appreciated.
