What do you like most?
I use the strategic studio on a daily base to check pickups and communicate/set strategy with the revenue team. The tool is automatically updated and contains all necessary revenue information and some operational ones such as number of arrivals and departures. We maintain the restrictions and rates increases decisions on the tool which is convenient.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Their customer service is efficient. The application is flexible and customizable so you can ask for specific views or dashboards. They have functionalities for our commercial and revenue team to retrieve data about meeting & events or accounts production
