The fact that they are able to deliver customized support and are all the time looking ahead what's needed next. Some systems I used in the past will only develop certain topics if x-hotels made the request, here they will do their utmost to do it promptly.

The solution is quite complete. It misses just a “rate recommendation” but this is under development. They have several modules, but not all are needed depending on your hotel and organization type. I would say ask a trial so you can see what you need depending your needs.
