What do you like most?
The system is clear, well controlled, most things intuitive, some require training. It has a number of features and further improvements are being added. Good support when consulting changes settings, information about new functionalities. Professional and kind communication, in case you do not call call back.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Solving technical problems could be faster, although based on email communication, an attempt was made to solve the problem the day after the report. Eventually, the PMS connection issue was resolved after the password change, but it took longer.
