The customer service is very good for the hotels to reach out when there may be issues with rates, rate parity of availability and these are always actioned with speed. We work very closely on integrating with them for our customers and this is done in a timely manner.

I like most the part dedicated to the Data Cruncher. There is a lot of reports that i use every day for my business analisy.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Generally the availability of the customer service, and a newsletter with the calendar of various master class management of the product for free or by payment.

Wonderful support, friendly user systems, innovative tools. This is something almost unique nowadays in the tech softwares we work and we really appreciate it.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

In the Little Yielder tool we guess it can have more functionalities. On the reports side it can be improved also.

Really real time instant update. Easy to operate for management and also reception. User friendly - new receptionist are able to use it after 10 minute training. Multi - property solution provided to see ...

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

All tools we need are provided. Recently improved self mapping solution provided but still for some you need to contact support, but it is in good balance.
