RIMS is a premium solution for managing pre and post guest's journey after making hotel reservation. This platform demonstrates ability to communicate useful information and upselling opportunities for the hotel. RIMS customer service team is very friendly, responsive, and efficient. Overall, RIMS is a good program with a successful track record and have contributed to the hotel's overall performance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Need user friendly set up at the back end of this program. Need training modules and online help page on the extranet
