What do you like most?
- Tool is easy to use and giving complete analysis that is relevant to the business - Up-to-date to the current business trend, even having a Covid-19 pandemic period as a seasonality
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- With an understanding that during this pandemic period there bound to be challenges, communication could be improved, as response was a bit delayed due to payment status clarification that takes time. Unfortunately there are discrepancies on the system and thus affecting the OTB & forecast. However, once solved, follow up is quick and supportive.
