What do you like most?
InnRoad make check-ins and check-outs really easy for staff. The Tape chart is easy to interpret and makes the day go smoothly. Training on it is great as well
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Although it makes the regular tasks simple, it isn't always user friendly for the more advanced things (rate changes, creating seasons, etc). Support could be more helpful as well.
