The pre- and post-stay surveys and the collaboration with Ms. Mari-Lena Müller. And we have nothing more to say about it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A pre-check-in would be desirable, a form that the guests fill out in advance and that is transferred directly to our PMS AIDA.
