What do you like most?
M3 is great at customer support; both the online self-help as well as support received from our account manager. They are always quick to respond and source resolution.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The system sometimes freezes in the afternoon, which requires you to close it and log back in. Additionally, it times out after 30 minutes, which can be frustrating.
