What do you like most?
As a small boutique hotel, we simply lacked the overview to optimally manage our revenue. Happyhotel has been an absolute game-changer for us! After just 5 months, we're seeing fantastic results. Following the initial, well-considered settings and a few fine-tuning adjustments, things are running even better now. We're incredibly happy with our decision!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The initial technical setup wasn't entirely without hiccups. Ideally, onboarding appointments should be scheduled for the beginning of the week rather than a Thursday or Friday, to allow for immediate resolution of any minor issues. However, after this brief initial phase, everything else ran perfectly and smoothly.
