What do you like most?
The support team is always helpful and responsive. If the issue cannot fix immediately, they will always inform us and keep updating status which is very helpful for us hotelier as we will know where are at with the issue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
From my experience, I have not seen anything required improvement yet. All issues or inquiries always resolved/respond within acceptable time frame. AI agent is quite useful when I need help with a small issue and easy to get connected to human agent when requested.
