What do you like most?
I have been using eviivo Suite for 5/6 years for my single holiday home, and it is indispensable for me. The thing I appreciate most is the reliability as a channel manager: in 6 years, zero overbooking between Booking, Airbnb, and Expedia, all synchronized in real-time. As a PMS, it is complete but simple: single calendar, automatic messages to guests, payments with links, and cleaning management. It has allowed me to work professionally despite having only one property, saving hours of work per week and increasing direct bookings through the website. Customer support is always available and in Italian.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly, after 6 years, I am very happy. If I had to find an improvement, I would like to have even more customized reports for someone like me who has only one property and a few more video tutorials on the new features they add. But it’s really a detail; the product is already top.
