What do you like most?
Reports: pacing report, tax summary, accounting summary. Everything takes just seconds to pull up. Color codes: know at a glance who owes a balance on their room. Also, what extra packages they have purchased and we need to have in their room upon arrival. Star indicates returning guests. Excellent. You know to address them As welcome back and/or leave something special in their room. Easy Help page. Most times you can figure something out on your own before resorting to call for support.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Have to get back to you. Can’t think of anything. If pressed, Acorn built our website before being acquired by Think. It is 3 years old so if somehow it could easily transfer to their new website platform. That would be great.
