Mews is very simple to use for managing bookings. Changing bookings like upgrading them is very easy in the timeline as you can just click and drag.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The rebates system could be a bit simpler. It's not something we have to use often, so when we do it needs to be as simple as possible and it feels a bit complex.
