What do you like most?
The product easy to use and learn and has many great functions. The calendar is crisp and concise and has many features and I appreciate from ease of moving rooms around, to group booking options and more. Service is where they really shine as it friendly and they are quick to respond and resolve any issues. I highly recommend Think Reservations, especially for smaller boutique properties.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Service is great, at this time there are no improvements on the service or functionality side. On the features, I would like to see a tour booking feature along with additional emailing options, bulk email options.
