What do you like most?
The platform is intuitive, fast, and gives us a clear, data-driven view of demand so we can make smarter pricing decisions every day. What we appreciate most is how transparent the recommendations are. You can always see why Duetto suggests a certain price, which makes internal communication with sales and operations much easier. The reporting and forecasting tools are also very strong and help us plan ahead with much more confidence than before. On top of that, the support team is excellent: responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive with training and best practices. Overall, Duetto is a powerful and reliable revenue management solution that we would highly recommend to any hotel or hotel group looking to modernize their pricing strategy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be desirable if the rate shopper view for competitor comparison were more clearly laid out. Although this is not the main focus, it would help us get a quicker overview of the market directly within Duetto.
