What do you like most?
ASI Desktop and POS are working perfectly well at De-Marii Hotel. The system is stable and reliable, and the technical support team, including Mr. Cosmas as your representative, has been responsive, professional, and very supportive.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There should be support for third-party integrations, particularly the ability to interface with accounting software such as Sage, to improve financial reporting and workflow efficiency.
