What do you like most?
As the new owner who has bought the business I encountered a situation whereby the previous owner had not settled their outstanding balance and I was not aware until the application was turned off - this brought my business to a standstill - and although it took some time and a lot of stress - I was able to engage with a consultant who was understanding and supportive and through their efforts (and me settling some of the previous owners obligations) I was able to get the service restored and become operational again. I felt heard and understood and supported by the consultant which I consider very valuable in partners I deal with. *Please consider that my ratings are subjective and based on my limited time and use of your systems and tools. They could increase or decrease based on further use and engagement.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like better transparency on the different modules, services and payment options as it seemed disjointed and I was not able to go to one central repository and see everything the business was signed up for and tied in to and what was outstanding from the previous owner. I have to connect to different portals and links based on different services or packages that we signed up for so a consolidated view across all applications is really a must. It may be because I am new to your systems and tools or that with training it is easier, but I found that very frustrating and misleading when it came to billing and transparency. *Please consider that my ratings are subjective and based on my limited time and use of your systems and tools. They could increase or decrease based on further use and engagement.
