What do you like most?
TRYBE makes my working day as a Spa Manager so much easier. We have an increase in revenue and also increase in productivity due to the excellent online booking system that is so easy to use. Our clients love it. Chat support is excellent, there is very little that Fin does not know, with clear and simple instructions on how to preform tasks. Onboarding was thorough and after service and follow up calls were very good. The system updating is immediate and fast
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would prefer remote access for technical support. I was used to this previously and it makes things much easier for me. I am not tech minded that is why I did not take a job in tech industry. I would like the system to open the till drawer.
