Communication with guests all over the world, answering small questions without phone calls makes it easier for us and for guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Maybe try only to send guests that we communicate with using their mobile numbers and not their emails, WhatsApp is used more than emails and feels more comfortable as a guest.
