What do you like most?
We’ve been using Clock PMS+ for several years at our boutique hotel, and it has consistently performed at a high level. The system is very feature-rich, covering everything we need for daily operations while still being intuitive for staff to use. One of the biggest differentiators is the Clock team. From the initial sales process through ongoing support and communication with the sales team, every interaction has been excellent—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear they understand the needs of their clients. Overall, Clock PMS+ has been a dependable and powerful solution for us, and we would highly recommend it to other boutique hotels looking for a modern, full-featured PMS.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The system is quite robust, so there can be a slight learning curve at the beginning, but the support team is super helpful when they are needed. Future improvements to the UI would also be beneficial to help ease the learning curve.
