What do you like most?
The independency for the guests and the technology that they receive is fantastic. Easy to understand and navigate during the check in process.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only thing I would improve/add would be option to email or chat with guest via guest space. Custom outbound messages to the guests/ custom one off messages.
