Cloudbeds works well for the core tasks we need. Check-in, check-out, bookings, and invoice templates are convenient, especially when we need room charges and separate receipts.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The cancellation and no-show rules around check-in day could be easier to understand. In particular, it would help to have clearer guidance when a guest does not receive a deposit refund.
