What do you like most?
What I like most about SiteMinder is how easy it is to use and how fast it is. Customer support is super helpful—they answer and assist quickly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Area for improvement: Processing payments for Booking.com multi-room non-refundable bookings. Whenever a reservation contains more than two rooms, the payment fails to process automatically and has to be done manually.
