We have been continuously using Djubo since 2014, and over the years we’ve also explored other platforms like AxisRooms, eZee Absolute, Stayflexi, RateTiger, and Absolute Hotel Software. After extensive comparison, Djubo clearly stands out as the most reliable and user-friendly solution. The interface is thoughtfully designed—the colour scheme and layout make navigation intuitive. Even a new team member can quickly understand and start using the system without extensive training. Over the years, we’ve experienced minimal to no errors, which is critical in hotel operations. Another strong advantage is their backend support. The team is approachable and responsive—they connect personally, and often just a simple message is enough to get assistance. That said, the software is so stable and efficient that support is rarely needed, which speaks volumes about its quality. * Extremely user-friendly interface with a clean and intuitive colour scheme * Quick learning curve for new staff * Reliable performance with negligible errors * Strong backend support with a personal touch * Efficient channel management that simplifies daily operations
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While the platform is excellent overall, a few enhancements could make it even more powerful: * Data Validation Improvements: More robust validation around occupancy data, especially including blocked rooms, would provide more accurate operational insights. * Advanced Reporting: Better visibility and structuring of ARR (Average Room Rate) and occupancy data in a more analytical and customizable format would be helpful for decision-making.
