What do you like most?
I don't like anything about this PMS; it's not intuitive, it's complicated to understand and configure, anything that seems simple is difficult to do here, and nobody explains how.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Customer service for problems is non existent, it's as if it doesn't exist; you can only talk to a chatbot that doesn't help you at all, a disgrace.
