What do you like most?
Ease of use, cost, support provided by lata. We've had a very positive experience with SiteMinder and find it to be an important part of our day-to-day hotel operations. What we particularly like is how easy the platform is to use. The interface is intuitive, and managing rates, availability and distribution across multiple channels is straightforward. The connectivity with OTAs helps reduce manual work and gives us confidence that our inventory and pricing are being updated accurately. We also value the reporting and visibility the system provides, which helps us monitor performance and make better commercial decisions. The platform has helped streamline our processes and reduce the amount of time our team spends on repetitive distribution tasks. Overall, SiteMinder is a reliable, user-friendly solution that makes managing online distribution much more efficient. The combination of functionality, connectivity and ease of use is what we like most about the platform.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area that could be improved is **reporting and analytics**. While the existing reports are useful, having more flexibility to customise dashboards and easily drill down into specific performance metrics would make it even more valuable for commercial decision-making. For example, being able to create tailored reports combining occupancy, ADR, revenue, channel performance and booking trends in one dashboard would save time and provide greater visibility.
