What do you like most?
Simple to use, good support, easy for staff to learn, works well with multiple booking platforms. Happy with it so far! Shoutout to Kath with their support team who is super helpful, and went above and beyond!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Mainly the payments / finances section. Booking platforms taxes & fees aren't reflected in the payments section on the channel manager. For visibility reasons it would be nice to have for reporting. More practically, we pay a small commission of our bookings to the channel manager. As the system works now, we pay the commission on the total price of the booking, not the actual money we receive after discounts, taxes and fees that the booking platform takes...
