What do you like most?
The system is very user-friendly and works well. If you need help with something, there is quick help available both via live chat and email. I have received a good introduction and help to get started with the system, and I am happy to be able to get help in my own language. I have received help until the problem/my question has been resolved, and there is always a friendly person who helps and advises, so it is easy to understand and thorough. I like the calendar view both on my user profile and the view on my website. I am also happy that it is easy to print out bookings.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to be able to sell and redeem gift cards via the booking system so that my guests could buy a gift card for a given amount or perhaps for a stay.
