What do you like most?
We love your customer support, both through chat and email. The service is always friendly, helpful, and fast. We also appreciate that you continuously develop the software and introduce new and innovative features. It is clear that you listen to your customers and take our suggestions for improvements seriously. Your support pages and guides are easy to use and very helpful whenever we need assistance. The software itself is simple and intuitive, making it easy for all of our staff to use, regardless of their level of IT experience. Finally, we highly value the reliability of the system. We have experienced virtually no downtime, which is extremely important for our daily operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great if you could add an "on-demand cleaning" option to the Cleaning feature. When guests request extra cleaning or fresh towels, our housekeeping staff could receive the request directly on their iPads. Currently, Sirvoy only allows us to schedule planned cleaning tasks. We would also love to see more AI-powered features in the future, such as text optimization, automatic translations, intelligent room allocation, and other automation tools that can help streamline daily operations. And an easier way to sell packages.
