What do you like most?
As a resort with a well-established base of B2B partnerships and tour operator business, one of our main objectives was to strengthen our direct online sales without affecting our existing contracted business. hotellab has helped us achieve exactly that. This season, we experienced an increase of approximately 40% in online room nights compared to the previous year, with noticeable improvements in occupancy during both the shoulder and peak seasons, while maintaining a stable ADR. The platform provides valuable insights into booking pickup and pace across our online channels, allowing us to monitor performance more effectively, respond quickly to market changes, and make more confident pricing decisions. We would also like to highlight the excellent support provided by the hotellab team. They are consistently responsive, attentive to our day-to-day needs, and proactive in offering suggestions and recommendations to improve our performance. Overall, we are very satisfied with both the platform and the results achieved so far. We highly appreciate the collaboration and have already started working together on preparations for the 2027 season.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are looking forward to the new features announced by the team for the upcoming season. One area that could be further improved is the manual markup management. We would appreciate a simpler and more flexible process that would allow users to adjust markups more quickly and independently for specific market segments and distribution channels. This would make the platform even more efficient and give us greater flexibility in our daily revenue management operations.
