What do you like most?
Honestly nothing, after the payment we had serious problems, no type of assistance and we were forced to cancel the contract.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Our experience with RoomRaccon was a complete disaster. Initially, they appeared professional, but behind this facade lurked a complete lack of transparency. We were assured that the contract included the Free Booking Hotel link, but after paying, we discovered it was unusable. To use the PMS, they forced us to activate Google Ads, with a 14% commission on each booking (a commission we had been told could be activated upon request at 12%). This surprise left us speechless. But it doesn't end there: synchronization with Booking.com is non-existent. We went online with low-season prices without restrictions and without a seasonal closure, and in just one day we found ourselves with four bookings to cancel, causing serious financial and logistical problems. RoomRaccon is not only unprofessional, it's deceptive and dangerous for those managing accommodation facilities. It appears trustworthy at first, but in reality, it's anything but reliable.
