The general activity report functionality, especially for the balance sheet accounts, is highly effective as it enables us to extract any account and review all associated transactions with ease. It provides a clear and comprehensive view of financial data, which greatly supports our financial analysis. An improvement that can incorporates the ability to filter and display only the open transactions would further enhance the system's overall efficiency. This enhancement would streamline the reconciliation process, reducing the time and effort required to identify and resolve outstanding items. Ultimately, such a feature would make the system even more user-friendly, ensuring that users can access the information they need with minimal effort and maximum clarity
