What do you like most?
The collaboration with Franco Grasso's Revenue Team has allowed us to have a constantly growing annual turnover, with the notable advantage of saving a lot of time and not having to worry about entering new prices every time a booking is made, selling at the best possible price on a specific date. All this was possible with the easy monitoring of average price and occupancy growth through the Revolution Plus program which automates many processes such as updating rates. Excellent and constant dialogue with my dedicated revenue manager.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like a discount on the price of the service based on years of collaboration, and more information on training events and seminars held by the company.
