What do you like most?
The support we received with the set up with optii was second to none. Anne-Marie is an asset to the company. Always available and on call when ever I needed. No issue was too small.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Having the optii service that doesn't support android phones has been as issue for us. We have had to use text with those users
