What do you like most?
We've been using Booking Factory for many years now and are still very happy it: easy to use, friendly and quick customer service and it has pretty much all the perks you need. The fact that it's synched with Sweeply (housekeeping app) is also a great advantage.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only thing which we would love to have is mobile app. Not very easy to use in the browser on your phone..
