What do you like most?
The system functions well and is very intuitive and easy to learn. And when issues or questions do come up, the level of support they provide is excellent and I think that is the best aspect of the system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Small technical issues largely related to when a reservation is changed or modified after booking - if a guest purchased amenities along with their stay the amenities don't automatically move with the changed reservation, and a similar issue occurs related to the original price of the stay and how the price is modified when it's moved.
