What do you like most?
We like the option of many possible requests which we can use daily. It makes our communication with housekeeping much easier.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would love to have the option to add multiple rooms selection when creating guest requests. For example in our hotel when we collaborate with housekeeping, sometimes we need to join/split beds in multiple rooms in our hotel. However, it is rather uneffective to create 15/20 individual guest requests. Would be great if we could have this option available!
