What do you dislike or think could be improved?
1. Loyalty benefits on the corporate website could be displayed separately by property type. 2. The system should be able to facilitate villa bookings, especially for villas with multiple units (e.g., 3 or 4). When a guest books a 3-bedroom villa and all units are assigned, the 4-bedroom villa should be unavailable for booking to prevent double bookings.
