What do you like most?
Ease of onboarding, great team, very active (proactive and reactive). Solution is simple, flexible and well handled by the HDB counselors. A benefit that was measurable from the start for our customers and hotels.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are growing global and would need several local langages to be supported. The team has responded fast to our request and implemented solutions to handle these locale langages.
